Austin Animal Center. One of the commenters on this photo says: “This dog is going to need help and a lot of it to get out of the shelter alive. He has been stuck back in the non-public kennels for 19 days already. Adopters aren’t going to see him and the volunteers can’t interact with him.” If this is accurate info, then shame on Austin Animal Center for locking adoptable pets away from the public and volunteers. This is how dogs go kennel crazy.
